Global Axcess was founded in 2000 through private capital investments as a holding company for operations in the U.S. and Europe. Today Global Axcess Pte. Ltd. is a Singapore licensed Service Based Operator, wholly owned by Global Axcess Ltd.

Specifically, Global Axcess has focused on delivering highly reliable voice communications networks utilizing VOIP, TDMoIP and other next-generation technologies.
In 2008, a major expansion to Southeast Asia was announced, blending the company's technical experise with a booming IPLC market in the region. The company has established a global switching facility in Singapore, interconnecting with several service providers invested in IPLC servuces. From this POP location, Global Axcess can provide clients with a robust network infrastructure intended for converged voice, video and data applications.

IPLC, SDH, E1 and DS-3 and IP Transit services are provided for carriers, ISP, ITSP and business customers. Carrier Ethernet, eIPLC, STM-1 services are provided Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand and Singapore as well as worldwide.
