What is Business Axcess?
Business Axcess is a unique long distance service delivered to your existing telephone system via voice-over-IP (VOIP). Our service requires NO changes to your existing PBX, NO changes to your telephone number or service, and is completely transparent to its users! The average user of this service saves up to 40% off normal telecommunications costs, and the quality of Business Axcess meets or exceeds the landline service you are accustomed to.
How does it work?
Global Axcess evaluates your current long distance bills and offers a proposal based on your actual usage. We then provide you with an intelligent VOIP switching device that sits between your existing PBX and dialtone provider (Alltel, Qwest, SBC, etc.). The device intercepts all long distance calls and routes them through the Global Axcess network at a fraction of the cost of traditional long distance service. Our technician installs the gateway at your location and performs any network optimization necessary. You may opt to buy or lease the equipment from us.
How will it affect my existing service?
Business Axcess supports advanced features such as "PSTN Fallback." If for any reason our network is unavailable, such as a power failure, Internet problems, or system maintenance, your existing telephone lines will be utilized for the call. Should this happen, the call will go through without any interruption to the user.
Local calls, emergency calls (911), and calls to the operator will also be routed traditionally until our service is restored. In the event of any network problems, rest assured that we will do everything possible to resolve the issue quickly and efficiently.
